Fostered Innovation does not independently verify ownership, licensing status, copyright status, trademark status, or usage rights associated with customer content.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate copyright laws, trademark laws, intellectual property rights, or other applicable laws.

Fostered Innovation reserves the right to refuse, cancel, remove, or decline any content, image, prompt, design, or order that may violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, business policies, platform standards, or community standards.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, unintended elements, or unexpected results. Customers are responsible for reviewing all generated content prior to use, approval, purchase, or production.

Fostered Innovation is not responsible for customer use of AI-generated content, customer-submitted content, or customer-approved content.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all design proofs, mockups, previews, and approval requests prior to production.

By approving a design, the customer confirms that all text, names, dates, images, colors, sizing, placement, and other design elements are accurate and ready for production.

Approval may occur through checkout acknowledgments, approval checkboxes, email confirmations, design proof approvals, or other documented approval methods utilized by Fostered Innovation.

Once a design has been approved, Fostered Innovation is not responsible for customer-approved errors including, but not limited to:

• Misspelled names
• Incorrect dates
• Incorrect phone numbers
• Incorrect addresses
• Incorrect image selections
• Low-resolution images supplied by the customer
• Errors contained in customer-provided content

Fostered Innovation remains responsible for production errors that differ from the customer-approved design, proof, mockup, or order details.

Production errors may include printing the wrong image, printing the wrong text, producing the wrong product, producing the wrong size, or otherwise failing to produce the approved design as submitted and approved by the customer.

Once production has begun, design changes may not be possible and may require additional fees, production delays, or a new order.

Due to the custom nature of many products offered by Fostered Innovation, custom-made products are generally not eligible for refunds or returns.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, proofs, mockups, sizing selections, and order details prior to production.

Refunds, replacements, or corrections will not be issued for customer-approved errors including, but not limited to:

• Misspelled names
• Incorrect dates
• Incorrect phone numbers
• Incorrect image selections
• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
• Low-resolution images supplied by the customer

Opened, used, worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used stock products are not eligible for refunds.

Fostered Innovation will correct verified production errors that differ from the customer-approved design, proof, mockup, or order details.

Examples of production errors may include:

• Printing the wrong image
• Printing the wrong text
• Producing the wrong size when a different size was ordered
• Sending the wrong product
• Manufacturing defects or production defects

Customers receiving damaged products must notify Fostered Innovation within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging when requested.

Fostered Innovation reserves the right to review all claims and determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement, repair, store credit, or other remedies deemed appropriate.

Order cancellations requested before production begins may be eligible for a refund less non-refundable payment processing fees, design service fees, and other costs already incurred.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or specifically authorized by Fostered Innovation.

Fostered Innovation offers shipping and local pickup options for eligible products and services.

Shipping costs may be included in the price of certain products. However, oversized, fragile, heavy, bulk, specialty, or otherwise unique products may require additional shipping charges that are calculated separately or at checkout.

Examples of products that may require additional shipping charges include, but are not limited to:

• Rock slates
• Large bulk orders
• Oversized products
• International shipments

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, and other charges associated with delivery unless otherwise stated.

Fostered Innovation may ship domestically and internationally where available and practical.

Estimated production times and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Fostered Innovation is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, customs processing, labor disruptions, supply shortages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Local pickup may be available during normal business hours after customers receive notification that their order is complete and ready for pickup.

Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for collecting their orders within a reasonable period after notification.

Customers should inspect their orders upon receipt and report any shipping damage, production issues, or fulfillment concerns within 7 days of delivery.

Photography Services Terms are currently under development and may be supplemented by separate photography agreements, service contracts, licensing agreements, model releases, event agreements, print release agreements, or other written documentation as applicable.

Photography clients may be required to review and approve additional terms before photography services are scheduled, performed, delivered, or licensed.
